Website support works as follows - you pay a low fixed monthly fee which then entitles you to a fixed number of hours work on your website ("included hours"). You can use these hours to perform any work on your website that you request - this can include:

• Alterations to existing site content and functionality.
• Change of site design.
• 24-hour turnaround on emergency site patching.
• Telephone (office hours) and email support.
• Adding new content and images.
• Regular database backups.
• Regular updates (daily, weekly, or monthly)
• Search engine analysis and optimisation.

 

If you go over your web support package's included hours, additional work will be charged at a fixed hourly rate which is less than our standard hourly rate (£35 ph). Any unused included hours can be rolled over to the following month.
